Welcome to Nudge. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nudge iOS application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using Nudge, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. About Nudge

Nudge is an iOS application developed by Anaïs Blanquet that connects to Notion via the official Notion API. The App displays your habit tracker database as an interactive home screen widget, allowing you to check off habits without opening Notion.

2. Notion integration

Nudge integrates with Notion through the official Notion API. By using Nudge, you also agree to comply with Notion's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Notion and the Notion logo are trademarks of Notion Labs, Inc., and are used here with permission. Nudge is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Notion Labs, Inc.

3. Subscription and payment

Nudge is offered through a paid subscription with a 3-day free trial.

• After the free trial period, your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID and can be cancelled at any time in your iOS Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions.
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.

By subscribing, you authorize Apple to charge your payment method according to the selected plan.
